1.What is rubber flexible cable?

Rubber flexible cables have various applications from powering portable tools to supplying power to large event generators. Some of the ranges of rubber flexible cables we stock are TQ cables, Welding cables, HO7 cables and flexible cord.
Comprehensive range of rubber flexible cable including welding cable, coil end leads, submersible cables, & reeling power cables & harmonised leads.
Rubber Flexible Cable
638TQ Cable, Flexible Mains Cable (HOFR) BS EN 50525-2-21 (formerly BS7919), H07BN4-F - 4mm - 16mm638*TQ Flexible Mains and Control Cable - 4 to 16mm. It is a range of unarmoured cable designed to prevent the risk of electric shock in the event of fault or surge. TQ cable is suitable as a flexible marine cable, both on and offshore. This range of 300/750V (refer to core size in CHARACTERISTICS) is heat and oil resistant, and flame retardant (HOFR).
638TQ Cable, Flexible Mains Cable (HOFR) BS EN 50525-2-21 (formerly BS7919), H07BN4-F-25mm - 630mm638*TQ Flexible Mains and Control Cable - 25 to 630mm.
H07RN-F Flexible Mains and Control CableH07RN-F Flexible Mains & Control Cable. Application Overview: Flexible EPR cable with high resistance to mechanical stress. Able to withstand water and weather. For use on Work sites, mobile power supplies, ports and harbours, water treatment plants, sewage and drains, hot and cold areas and harsh industrial environments. For use in portable power supplies, site equipment, industrial machinery, and audio visual equipment. Can be cut to size for patch leads with a choice of fittings.
H07ZZ-F Flexible Mains and Control Cable 25mm - 400mmH07ZZ-F Flexible Mains and Control Cable - 25 to 400mm. Application Overview: Flexible EPR cable with resistance to mechanical stress. Able to withstand water and weather. For use on Work sites, mobile power supplies, for use in supplying mobile power units, UPS installations, stage lighting and audio visual equipment. Low Smoke Zero Halogen Sheath (LSZH) for internal use under Construction Products Regulations June 2017.
Tough Rubber Flexible Cord to BS6500 and BS EN 50525-2-21 (Formerly BS7919)Tough Rubber Flexible Cord TRS H05RR-F to BS EN 50525-2-21 & BS6500. Cable Specification: Tough Rubber Flex and flexible cord cables available in sizes 0.75mm to 2.5mm and is manufactured to BS6500 and BS EN 50525-2-21 (Formerly BS7919). The cable features flexible tinned annealed copper conductors, ethylene propylene rubber insulated, tough rubber sheath. Black. 300/500 volts grade to BS6500 and BS EN 50525-2-21 (Formerly BS7919).
Coil End Lead Cable to BS6195/69 Type 4BS 6195/69 Type 4 Coil End Lead Flexible Cable - 1.5 to 500mm. Application Overview: Coil end lead cable is primarily used in electrical machinery and panel wiring with the added advantage of having HOFR sheath that resists lubricant penetration. The coil end cable is quite often used as an alternative to tri/bi-rated cables in some panel wiring installations.

2.epr csp flexible cable

3.trs flexible cable

Tough rubber-sheathed cable is a type of cable which normally consists of a black outer sheath of rubber with several conductors inside. The rubber provides an abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, waterproof, protective covering for an insulated electric cable.
Though obsoleted for domestic use, it is used for flexible cables when greater mechanical toughness than PVC is required such as temporary electrical wiring at events where the cable is standardised as Cenelec code H07RN-F (H07 for short)
The American National Electrical Code, for theater use, requires (article 520.68(A).1) cables to be "extra hard usage" rated, and such cable is generally known in the US as SOOW cable. Cables meeting the SOOW spec can also be manufactured to be rated as H07RN-F, so-called "harmonised" cable, and such cable can be used both in the US and Europe.

4.rubber sheathed flexible cable

The rubber sheathed flexible cables are mostly used as power cable for equipment in industry work such as boilers, heating plates, hand lamps, transportable motor etc.
They can be installed at medium mechanical stress in dry, damp and wet areas as well as in open air and in agriculture plants.
These cables are also suitable for fixed installation on plaster, in temporary buildings and residential barracks. They are suitable for direct laying on components and mechanical parts of machines like lifts and cranes.
Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V, 300/500V and 200/200V.
Max. operating temperature of conductor 60°C.
Min. working temperature -20°C.
contaminated by mineral oil and fuel oil.
Rated voltage: 450/750V.
Working temperature less than 65°C.
Allowable bending radius of cable:
Up to 25mm2: 6 * overall diameter;
Above 25mm2: 8 * overall diameter.

5.rubber insulated flexible cable

Application of H07RN-F Cable
